Mr. Hinz graduated from California State University, Chico in 1978 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, concentration in Accounting. Mr. Hinz became a licensed Certified Public Accountant with the State of California in December of 1981.

Mr. Hinz has practiced as a CPA in Yuba City from 1981 to the present. Currently Mr. Hinz is a Shareholder in Ten Haken, Hinz & Company Accountancy Corporation.

Mr. Hinz has served & participated in various professional associations and civic activities including Member AICPA, Member CSCPA, Member NACVA, Treasurer of Kiwanis Club of Yuba City, Board Member and past Chairman of the Yuba-Sutter Chamber of Commerce, & Advisory Board for Cambridge Junior College. He is currently the Chairman of the Philanthropy Committee of Sutter Medical Foundation.

A lifetime and third generation Yuba City resident, Ms. Morehead attended local schools entering into community banking shortly after high school. A graduate of the University of Phoenix and the Texas Graduate School of Community Bank Management, Ms. Morehead has spent the past 30 years working at local community banks. Her vast experience includes branch operations, business development, finance, loan administration as well as shareholder and customer relations to name a few. She has held positions such as Operations Manager, Cashier, Controller, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, as well as President and Chief Executive Officer. She served on the Board of the Yuba/Sutter Chamber of Commerce and is active in a wide array of community activities and organizations.


Mr. Cook graduated from Humboldt State University in 1975 receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Resources and then received his Master Degree in Urban and Regional Planning in 1981 from Fresno State University.

Mr. Cook has 40 years experience in land use planning, much of that time involved working for both cities and counties located in the Sacramento Valley and Sierra Nevada Mountains. In 2005 Mr. Cook created and has operated his own land use planning consulting business, primarily providing entitlement services to both residential and commercial developers. He has also prepared or managed the development of master plans, specific plans and environmental documents, for private developers, as well as advising public planning agencies on land use issues.

Mr. Cryer has resided in the Yuba City area most of his life attending local grammar schools and high school in the nearby town of Live Oak. He attended Yuba College and graduated in 1980 from Chico State University with a Bachelors degree in Agriculture business with a business administration minor.

He has been involved in consumer and commercial lending in the Yuba City area his entire adult life working for area financial institutions.


Mr. Deatsch graduated from Sacramento State University in Sacramento, Ca, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Immediately after graduation, he was employed with Continental Insurance Company for a two year period. Upon completion of his corporate training, he entered the family business of Deatsch Insurance Agency Inc. in Marysville, Ca. Currently Mr. Deatsch is the Vice President of the company and operates out of Roseville, Ca. He formed Sterling Enterprises in 1991 providing financial solutions in relation to small businesses.

Mr. Deatsch has served in the 20/30 Member Club; he joined the Citrus Heights Rotary Club in 2005, and became an active member in 2006 where he still serves today. He volunteered as a basketball coach as well as a parent volunteer at Saint John's Grammar School in Roseville. 


Mr. Harris graduated from University of California at Davis with degrees in both Mechanical and Civil Engineering.

Mr. Harris is a Walnut Farmer and has farmed various crops during his life and is President of the Meridian Walnut Hulling Association. Currently he is working as a Construction Claims Engineering Consultant for Guy G. Harris Consulting, working on contract dispute issues as well as various other engineering related transportations issues. Along with his consulting work Harris is a member of dozens of Dispute Resolution Boards for ongoing Caltrans and California city and county construction projects in various parts of the State of California.  Mr. Harris is a member of the Reclamation District 70 Board of Directors, and Chairman of the Board for the Tisdale Irrigation and Drainage Company.  Mr. Harris also owns and operates Tisdale Motors Performance in Meridian. 

In the community, Mr. Harris is the Past President and member of the Board of Directors for both the Meridian Lions Club and the Central Sacramento Valley Shrine Club. He is also a member of the Enterprise Lodge No. 70, Yuba City and Woodland Lodge No. 81, Free and Accepted Masons, holding numerous leadership positions.


Mr. Hastey was born and raised in the Plumas Lake area of Yuba County where his family has long resided. He graduated from Golden Gate University with a degree in Management. Mr. Hastey managed the family business, J. Rex Hastey, Inc., a sheet-metal roofing installation company for 10 years. In 1993 he was elected to the Yuba County Board of Supervisors, where he served until 2001.

He has a long history of community service, serving on the Board of Directors Reclamation District 784 from 1986 - 1992, the Sacramento Area Council of Governments from 1993 - 2000 where he was chairperson in 1996. Mr. Hastey was the founding President of the Yuba Sutter Economic Development Corp. in 1994, remaining on that board until 1998. He is currently a member of the Yuba Feather Rivers Rotary Club, where he is a past president.

Currently, Mr. Hastey owns Plumas Lake Self Storage and is an adjunct teacher for Central Texas College. Mr. Hastey serves as a trustee for Yuba Community College District.


Thomas A. Iverson D.D.S., M.S. was born in San Pedro, California. He attended the University of California at San Diego, graduating in 1980. He graduated from Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas Texas in 1985 with a Dentistry degree. Dr. Iverson completed his formal education with a certificate in Orthodontics and a master of science in Oral Biology from Northwestern University.

Dr. Iverson moved to Yuba City in 1987 to begin his dental practice with his wife, Dr. Wendy Vota, DDS. In addition to his successful dental practice, Dr. Iverson is involved in a variety of real estate ventures in and around the Yuba City area.


Murry Dow Lewis was born in Montana and was raised in Auburn, California and resides in Yuba City. Mr. Lewis attended Sierra College and Brigham Young University, graduating with a degree in Human Development in 1991.

Mr. Lewis is the Dealer of Dow Lewis Motors, a GMC and Buick dealership in Yuba City, where he is responsible for overall operations of the dealership, including sales, service and parts.

He is a member of several service clubs and automotive industry organizations.


Mr. O'Neill was born in Rhode Island and raised in Petaluma, California. He attended University of California at Davis, and graduated with a bachelors of science degree in Civil Engineering in 1989.

Mr. O'Neill has been involved in civil engineering and land surveying in the Yuba City area since his graduation from college. After spending seven years working at Laughlin Engineering in Yuba City, he formed Genesis Engineering in 1996.

In addition to his engineering business, Mr. O'Neill is involved in a variety of real estate and other business ventures in and around the local area.
